Rob Zombie’s Halloween remake arrived yesterday. It will be interesting to see what it’s like although it’s one of those films where the original is such a legend that it can’t really replicate it no matter how good it is.

Resident Evil: Extinction was finally released two days ago and arrived in the US yesterday. It won’t be arriving in the UK for another two and a half weeks though which is rather disappointing. The clock is ticking down though!

Resident Evil: Extinction has a release date. Indeed it’s recently been pushed back which perhaps doesn’t bode well for the project given how much of an early stage it’s in. It’s now scheduled to be released on the 21st of September 2007.

Yeah it’s a re-make which will as ever suck but it comes out on 6/6/06. How cool is that?

Milla Jovovich has made some interesting comments about the upcoming third Resident Evil movie. She said that a lot of the exposions, action, etc from the second one was studio enforced and the third one won’t be like that which hopefully translates into “it’s going to be about the horror like it should be.”

Movieweb are reporting that Henry Rollins has been cast in the upcoming sequel Wrong Turn 2.

The third Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: Extinction will being shooting this summer according to reports. It will be filmed in Mexico and see Milla Jovovich, Sienna Guillory and Oded Fehr all reprise their roles in the sequel.
