Got into a debate a week ago about whether blonde hair could be scary. We were discussing the white witch in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe who is pitifully unscary and Jack was aruging that you cannot done scary with blonde hair. I tend to agree.

However I don’t think it’s totally impossible. My shining light in this argument is the Lady of the Light, Galadriel from Lord of the Rings.

I couldn’t find a scary pic of her but when she gives the whole “instead of a dark lord you would have a queen” this was some pretty impressive scare for a blonde.
